Mary Jo Rathgeb, Life transitions Coach, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified RIM Facilitator, iPEC Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and Human Design Consultant, helps clients shine a light on shadow emotions so they can reclaim the energy and wisdom contained within. Mary Jo holds space for, and expertly guides, women who are ready to release people-pleasing and perfectionism so they can align their life with their authentic self.

Mary Jo has a BA in English Literature and an MS in Grief and Loss Counseling. Prior to becoming a professional coach, she engaged in a 29-year career in Media Marketing. Inspired by Joseph Campbell’s framework of the Hero’s Journey and Erik Erickson’s Psychosocial Stages of Development, Mary Jo believes it is never too late to let go of habits you have outgrown, reclaim your mojo, and evolve into the next version of yourself. Mary Jo’s mission is to help people learn to accept and value themselves as they navigate changes in various cycles of life.

Her Mojo Finder program offers clients the opportunity to consciously navigate major, and often predictable, life cycle transitions so they can choose how they want to show up in their next phase of life, create a vision and a plan for this new direction, and acquire the tools to build resilience as they embark on the journey.

Mary Jo lives in Vermont with her partner and four-legged fur baby. They enjoy walks in nature, exploring the countryside, and cooking with food they’ve grown and from local farmers’ markets.
