Efrat Shokef, Ph.D., is the Author of The Promise We Made: Three Universal Soul Promises We Made to Our Children – Near Death Experience and the Parenting Teaching it Invites.

She is a Shamanic Energy Healing Practitioner working with children, teens, parents and families. A homeschooling mother to three spiritually aware teens, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a cosmic journeyer, and a writer.

Efrat’s journey took her from an academic path through a car crash and a Near Death Experience (NDE), making her unable to care for her daughters. Her physical reorganization, integrated with her NDE, invited her to say multiple yes’s to the universe, and to explore the essence of motherhood and our sacred soul relationship with our children.

Efrat is dedicated to guiding parents, on saying YES to the invitations their children offer. She helps families release old contracts, cleanse their personal and family energy, resolve heritage from their family lines, resolve the unseen, retrieve their power, and walk life whole, as individuals, as families, and in whole joy.

Efrat’s book The Promise We Made: Three Universal Soul Promises We Made to Our Children—Near Death Experience and the Parenting Teachings it Invites, provides a roadmap for spiritually aware parents to weave spirituality into their lives, showing up, and becoming the essence that the children in your life, chose to come to. It is filled with parables, self-reflections, practical tools, and exercises that invite you, to integrate her lessons, into your family life.

Guiding by the understanding that while her daughters chose her, your child(ren) chose you, Efrat offers many Free tools, and guidance on her website. With an intention for each family to self-reference, and adopt the tools that best work for her. She also explores parenting/spiritual books at the Parenting & (Non-Religious) Spirituality Book Club.
